Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full time (40 Hours per week) OR Part Time, Monday-Friday (25 Hours minimum per week)

About the Role:

Due to significant and ongoing growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced People Partner to join our HR team on a full time or part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build and develop the role and make a real impact to our business’s future success by supporting our Employee Engagement, Employee Experience and Wellbeing Strategy.

Based in either Coventry, Leicester, or Stockport, you will be report into our HR Manager and be responsible for implementing our Employee Engagement / Wellbeing strategies as part of our Employee Value Proposition Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design of our Employee Engagement Strategy
  • Experience of leading on Colleague surveys and delivering action plans to a growing business across all sites
  • Create a Wellbeing programme including Mental Health First Aiders, Menopause champions, environmental champions and charity champions
  • Support Internal communications by sharing our People Stories
  • Work with local charities and communities to create and deliver a calendar of events
  • HR Analytics provide data on the Colleague lifecycle and produce presentations which measure attraction and retention
  • Support a Great Placed to work Culture
  • Deliver HR training to support managers
  • Support the wider HR Team with all HR projects
  • Help to build and deliver best practice across the group to help to embed our HR ethos and values
  • Build the capacity of the HR self-service system to aid monitoring of key dates and KPI’s
  • Help to drive the people process to ensure that our people are supported and developed
  • Support and develop wellbeing initiatives across the company
  • Assist with building and driving the company culture, ethics, and values
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are updated in line with legislation
  • Support the review, implementation, and management of company benefits
  • Deliver coaching and training to managers in matters relating to HR
  • Assist with inductions, onboarding, offer letters and new starter checks

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment
  • Experienced in HR support specifically within Employee Engagement and Wellbeing Employee Relations
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies, best practice and up to date employment legislation
  • CIPD Level 5 or Level 3 qualified is desirable (willing to work towards in the future)
  • Experienced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
