About the Role
- Hours: Monday – Friday Full time (40 Hours per week)
- Hybrid Working (2 days working from home per week)

Due to significant and ongoing growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced to join our HR Advisor to join our HR team on a full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build and develop the role and make a real impact to our business’s future success by supporting our growth and development plans specifically in line with our Employee Value Proposition and Employee Engagement Strategy.
Based in either Leicester, or Stockport, you will be report into our HR Manager and be responsible for managing your own case work and being the point of contact for managers seeking advice and guidance.
- Comfortable and experienced in managing a high-volume case load
- Keen to support with the design and delivery of HR related coaching and training.
- A desire to build on and deliver best practice across the group to help embed our HR ethos and values
- Focused on driving the people process to ensure that our people are supported and developed
- Competent in extracting and providing HR Analytical data and producing presentations which measure absence, attrition, probationary periods
- Keen to support with wellbeing programmes, EDI initiatives and employee voice
- Experience of supporting with Colleague surveys and delivering action plans to a growing business across all sites
- Supporting our Internal communications by sharing our People Stories
- Support with our aims to support local charities and communities and create and deliver a calendar of events
- Supporting a Great Place to work Culture
- Supporting the wider HR Team with various HR projects
- Build the capacity of the HR self-service system to aid monitoring of key dates and KPI’s
- Assist with building and driving the company culture, ethics, and values.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are updated in line with legislation
- Support the review, implementation, and management of company benefits
- Assist with inductions, onboarding, offer letters and new starter checks.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment
- Experienced in HR support specifically within Employee Relations, Engagement, and Wellbeing.
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies, best practice and up to date employment legislation
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 3 qualified is desirable (or willing to work towards in the future)
- Experienced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
