The role
Our Duport Foundry are currently looking to recruit two experienced Pattern Makers to join the team. Your role will be to create jigs and fixtures from castings or drawings, bench and finish newly cut patterns and re-furbish or repair existing patterns
Responsibilities include
- Modifying and repairing existing pattern equipment.
- Preparing new pattern and core box equipment.
- Creating drilling jigs from castings or drawings.
Ideal Candidate
- Have previous Foundry and pattern making experience (essential).
- Be able to work within a dynamic, forward-thinking team.
- Be experienced with all metals, resin and wood machining.
- Be able to read engineering drawings.
- Practical and a hands-on approach.
