Job Title: Partner Account Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum DOE

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with partner accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, providing guidance, and fostering open communication.
- Collaborate with partners to identify business opportunities and develop joint marketing and sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to partners, ensuring their understanding of GoCloud’s comprehensive range of cloud hosting products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners, evaluating performance, addressing concerns, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor partner account activity, track sales performance, and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure seamless partner engagement and support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to partners.
- Support partner onboarding and guide partners through the integration process.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market plans, encompassing sales enablement, lead generation, and promotional activities.
- Represent GoCloud at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships with potential partners.
- Assist in partner recruitment efforts, identifying and evaluating potential new partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a partner account management or related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Sound knowledge of cloud hosting products and services.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events, as required.
