About the role:
A new opportunity has arose for an experienced quality control manager to join our growing department.
The Oversight and Controls Manager reports into the Head of Customer Services and is responsible for quality assurance, due diligence, breach and complaint management as well as working to continuously improve our processes.
As this is a new role within the department it’s a great opportunity to make the role your own and can be offered with hybrid working.
About you:
We are looking for candidates who have great people management experience, demonstrate the ability to influence and motivate as well as relationship and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
