The Role:
As part of the Education Outreach Team you will be leading and co-delivering elements of the Outreach Team’s core training for a range of schools and organisations, this training may be online or face to face. You will also be supporting projects we are currently delivering to schools specifically the Mulberry Bush Nurturing Schools Project. You will work closely with the project leads to ensure communication, planning and relationships with schools are supported and maintained as the work is delivered.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responding to requests for work from schools and arranging and undertaking observations of children and staff teams. These observations will be recorded and feedback provided using the Observation and Workshop model which you will be provided with training on.
- To lead and co-deliver elements of the Outreach Team’s core training through small and large group training for a range of schools and organisations, this training may be face to face or online.
- Supporting the development and delivery of new training materials and intervention models which support our work with schools.
- To deliver supervision to educational professionals through in person or online one to one and small group sessions.
