Job Title: Outbound/Inbound Sales Executive – Customer Retention – No Cold Calling
Location: Durham
Salary: £22,000 p.a pro rata

Hours: 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday
Due to continued rapid growth, we are looking to recruit Customer Retention Outbound/Inbound Sales Executive. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will help to increase our customer retention figures and sales by speaking to our current customers to help with any issues they may be having with our products. This position is for an empathetic good listener who can really make a difference to the lives of our customers. You will work within a small friendly team in an e-commerce business marketing continence products based in Meadowfield, Durham. Training in all aspects of our business will be given on an ongoing basis.

The role:
This is a new role which we have started to develop with our current staff but now warrants its own position. Many customers call the company for help in choosing the correct product and we also call customers who have ordered in the past but may need further help to re-order. We have proven that this position will increase sales for the company, so past sales experience is desirable.
Telesales – Inbound and Outbound Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Answer all incoming sales enquiries and place orders for the customers.
- Work to a schedule of Outbound calls for customers who have enquired but not ordered.
- Call customers who have not placed a second order.
- Call customers who have “abandoned cart”.
- Prepare and send samples to customer who may need a different product to their previous order.
- Create a rapport with our customers, as our products are “personal”.
Database Administration
- As an e-commerce company all contacts have reached out to us, but you should be able to administer your own database.
- Create a schedule for Outbound calls.
- Woo Commerce provides the raw data which needs to be organised and entered into Microsoft Excel Database.
