The Role:
Signia, based in plush new offices in Manor Royal are looking to recruit an Order Entry Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
Here at Signia, we manufacture innovative hearing aids and accessories to improve lives for our customers living with hearing loss. This is a flexible role supporting both the Customer Services and Operations department with Order Entry/Administration activity.
The key duties of the job holder are:
- Order entry of custom instruments and ear moulds, prioritising to ensure efficient workflow
- Process BTE/RIC repairs to ensure efficient turnaround for customers
- Unpacking the 300+ daily packages and sorting into relevant caseloads ready to be worked
- Impression scanning to allow digital manufacturing techniques to be employed
- To review customer requests and/or internal queries, ensuring that resolution is efficient and meets the customer demands whenever possible
- Process custom returns in line with company policy
- Re pack products for export and prepare commercial invoices for shipping
- Assign custom orders of ITE and Ear Moulds to production in EMC for manufacturing
- Scan order information into archiving system that is processed via production workflow.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous Data Entry experience essential
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is extremely important with a flexible approach to work
- Must be methodical in approach being able to work multiple workstreams
- Good PC skills – preferably use of ERP system-based tools i.e. LN, Sales Force, Excel, Camstar etc.
- Good communications skills – email and voice.
