About the role:
We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers while maintaining efficient and effective business operations, as we continue to expand, we are seeking to recruit a talented Senior Operations Manager to support the Managing Director and ensure ownership of managing high-volume production, quality control, warehouse and logistics processes and people.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perpetual management of a large Operations team, consisting of Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Stock Control and Transport.
- Lead the development, training and performance management of over 100 employees.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Identify and drive process improvements and optimisation.
- Manage capex, plant development and a continuous improvement system.
- Champion “Quality by Design”.
- Collaborate with Health & Safety, Facilities, Product Design, Quality Assurance and Sales departments.
- Personal involvement in inbound and outbound international logistics.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Proven experience within an operational leadership role within a manufacturing / product assembly environment.
- Strong understanding of various manufacturing and assembly processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A “can do” attitude with a “hands on” approach to deploying corrective actions.
- Be familiar with commercial IT systems.
- Drive, determination and self confidence in commercial abilities.

Terms and Conditions:
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
- 30-minute lunch break plus 10-minute morning and afternoon breaks.
- Monthly Pay in arrears by the 28th day of each month.
