Role Overview:
Working within the operations team you will help coordinate and run a team of lightning conductor fitters across central England and North Wales.
Responsible for the timely delivery of works to a high standard you will ensure costs are controlled and planned profit margins are maintained or improved through scheduling works, managing labour and materials alongside assisting on people management issues.
Assisting in providing technical support and guidance to clients you will be their first point of contact developing key relationships and helping to generate repeat business. A key part of the role will be setting the teams to work and confidently offering advice and solutions on engineering based queries.
Promoting and maintaining high health and safety standards you will be confident in completing risk/method statements, auditing sites and closely monitoring site progress through site surveys and effective performance management of a field based team.

- Have a proven track record of client delivery with an ability to professionally communicate at all levels, ensuring operational excellence is achieved
- Have extensive lightning protection knowledge
- Thrive on problem solving tasks and display excellent organisational skills
- Adopt a flexible working pattern to respond and meet operational requirements
- A valid driving licence is essential for the role
