Salary: £45,000 – £55,000PA
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Working Hours: 47.5 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday (6.00pm to 4.00am – Job Finish)

This vacancy is for a Night Shift Operations Manager to manage all warehouse related activities of the night shift operational team at the Fenstanton site
Key Duties/Focus

- Utilise the WMS to effectively run the shift

- Picking
- Packing
- Packaging
- Van Loading
- Operate to and improve upon, KPI Targets
- Meet working deadlines, highlight and resolve potential problems
- Communicate effectively with your team and demonstrate strong performance management skills
- Work cohesively and communicate effectively with Centrado support departments
- Work within Centrado’s systems and processes and ensure quality and safety standards are met and legislative requirements are adhered to
- To develop and mentor your team
