Radiant Financial Group is a new and fresh consolidator of financial services businesses, bringing together like-minded companies to provide the optimum range of advice and products for our clients. This includes financial advice and tax planning for individuals, as well as the employee benefits, corporate structure and tax arrangements for UK businesses.
We are looking for an Operations manager to join our growing team within Radiant Platform Management (RPM). This individual will be leading the operations and platform functions for RPM to facilitate the effective delivery of RPM’s platform technology to planners, operations staff and clients.
The role will:
- Oversee and help develop the operational framework for RPM.
- Work cohesively with the platform technology provider to ensure robust and effective systems.
- First line support to Radiant Financial Planning.
- Support Radiant Financial Planning in the migration of clients to platform.
- Manage the onboarding of DFM’s onto the system.
- Reconcile cash payments to third parties.
- Ensure MI reports are run on a regular basis.
- Updating procedures.
- Carry out any other work allocated to them by their Line Manager.
Knowledge
- Previous engagement with investment platforms used by IFA’s.
- An understanding of the financial planning journey.
Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a relevant role within a platform business, investment team or a financial advice business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and help develop the operational framework for RPM.
- Work with the platform technology provider to ensure robust and effective systems.
- Support Radiant Financial Planning in the migration of clients to RPM.
- Manage the onboarding of DFM’s and third parties onto the system.
- Manage transactions on the platform.
- Reconcile cash payments to third parties.
- Ensure MI reports are run on a regular basis.
- Working with compliance to ensure regulatory reporting completed.
- Updating procedures.
- Manage the relationship with the IFA’s and keeping them informed of changes.
- Keep on top of changes and development in the platform industry.
- Carry out any other work allocated to them by their Line Manager.
