Salary: £26,539 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year)

The Role:
We are looking to appoint an Operations Manager to be responsible for the day to day operation of the school including cover, COVID-19 testing, school calendar and events, duties, rooming, bookings from external partners and curriculum provision across the school.
You will also manage a team of cover supervisors, providing ongoing support and training and monitoring their performance.
Key Requirements:
- You should ideally be qualified to Level 3 (BTEC and A level)
- Good organisational and planning skills are essential to be able to manage a heavy workload
- You will also need the ability to successfully revise priorities within a planned programme of work and to be able to respond sensitively to enquiries, complaints and requests from a variety of sources
- The ability to line manage staff and to work in partnership with other members of the team is also important
- Five years successful experience in an administrative role, together with an understanding of the statutory and other requirements involved in school administration is preferred
