Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Southgate, London
Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 (plus bonus TBA)

The Hart Lounge is a Lebanese restaurant and shisha lounge based in Southgate, North London. Serving classic and modern Lebanese dishes and shisha in our greenery-lined dining room, shisha lounge & outdoor terrace.
Opening hours: Sun – Thurs 6pm to 12:30am / Fri & Sat 5pm to 2:30am
The Role/Requirements:
- We are looking for an Operations / Assistant Manager to work directly underneath our General Manager
- 3 years experience is required as a Floor Manager/Supervisor
- We are looking for someone who is looking for a fresh challenge in a busy restaurant, bar & shisha lounge
- Level 3 Qualification is required to be considered for this position
Duties Include:
- Undertake staff training
- Lead weekly meetings with staff
- Completing staff rotas
- Undertaking cost controls for the kitchen/bar
- Upselling to customers within the restaurant/bar
- Attending different marketing events
