Job Title: Operations Director (Senior Level)

Salary: 65-75k + bonuses

Assistive Solutions is a Social Enterprise that works with disabled people. We provide specialist computer equipment, 1-1 teaching and have an in-house software development team. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our fantastic team in Dalston, East London.

You will help drive the organisation forward by reviewing processes and procedures, designing and implementing changes to increase efficiency and improve the quality of service to our customers. Ultimately your work will help enhance the way customers work, study and their future prospects. You will be responsible for managing several teams, ensure their work is effective, measured against KPIs and SLAs.

Key duties:
Drive Business forward and Manage Several Teams.
- Ensure top performance of staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance
- Prepare operational reports
Managing People:
- Run morning SCRUMs, check in with team leaders ensure completion of administrative tasks
- Allocate tasks and assignments to office teams and monitor their performance
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
- Manage holiday calendar and avoid clashes
Enhancing Systems:
- Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
- Enhance company procedures to meet ISO 9001 and ISO 27000 standards.
Monitoring KPIs:
- Monitor SLA KPIs and act upon the data
- Monitor Feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and feedback to management at regular meetings
- Monitor and address customer complaints and create learning opportunities for staff
