About the role:
Are you ready for the next step. Phoenix Support are now recruiting for the position Of Support Co-ordinator working with our supported living services. Your role will entail the daily support and Management of our houses across Maidstone, working alongside our Operations Manager and General Manager to ensure the support and development of our services to our service users, these include adults with learning difficulties, mental health and Autism. One of the keys aims of our company is to allow service users to lead full and rewarding lives and as such they are living as independently as is possible. You will also be involved in the full compliance of the staff and service users following CQC and ISO guidelines.
This is a full-time position for 40 hours a week we are looking for someone with the knowledge needed and experience in the Social care sector maybe an experienced Co Ordinator or Deputy Manager wanting to take on this exciting and demanding challenge working for a local company giving you the chance to make a real difference and come into our “family” knowing your skills and ideas will be part of your daily work.
