Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Perth -Scotland
Salary: £19,200 – £22,000 per annum

Forev are the electric vehicle charging network owner and operator aiming to help tackle the lack of charging infrastructure in Scotland.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will predominantly support the Operations side of the business and will initially report to the Operations Director to support the business in delivering their goal to build a network of Electric Vehicle charging points throughout Scotland to allow people to continue to explore Scotland for generations to come.
Key duties:
- Request Cabling records from Electricity Network Operators as and when required.
- Update the company CRM system accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Book appointments with our Installation Contractors to carry out site surveys.
- Request and Manage quotations from Suppliers.
- Request Plans for Legal documentation as and when required.
- Liaise with our Energy Supplier to arrange metering installations.
- Provide weekly / monthly operational reports.
- Work closely and provide support when required to other parts of the business.
About you:
To be considered for this role we would ideally like you to have:
- Proficient experience in the use of Microsoft Systems, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
- An understanding of Google Maps and the ability to retrieve coordinates for specific points on the map.
- The ability to prioritise workloads.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels both written and verbal.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude to work.
