Ontime Reports Ltd are a premier provider of specialist business and legal support services to Express Solicitors, who deal in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. We specialise in producing full medical reports, through a comprehensive and nationwide panel of expert consultants. Role
- Scanning & allocating correspondence
- Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
- Administration support, such as typing, filing, faxing, photocopying
- Collating and sorting post
- Ordering stationery
- Requesting Medical records
- Processing Medical records
Person specification
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Outlook
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Desirable to have a medical or legal background in Admin
- Ability to deal with volumes of work and manage conflicting priorities
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in dealing with customers on the telephone
Salary & Benefits
- The salary is £15,384.46 – £21,402.88 dependant on age
- Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.

- Absence incentive: employees who complete three consecutive months with zero unplanned absence earn an additional half a day’s annual leave.
