Job Role:
They are looking for an Online Customer Support Assistant to join the team at their Head Office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
This varied role will involve providing customer support, processing sales, managing customer returns, and providing customers with technical assistance, in order to maximise sales and profits, ensuring a ‘best in class’ experience is delivered to all customers, all of the time.
Full technical and product training will be given, along with close support from the start to ensure success.
The Candidate:
Ideally the candidate will have several years of retail experience in consumer electronics, however, the company will consider a more general, commercial and customer focused background where appropriate.
They are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a high level of autonomy but at the same time know when to look for advice and support.
