Framatome BHR Limited is a leading fluid engineering consultancy, operating in the Nuclear, Process and Water & Wastewater industries. We were established in 1947 and operated as BHR Group until 2021 when we became a wholly owned subsidiary of Framatome SAS, an international nuclear energy company, recognised for its innovative solutions and value-added technologies for designing, building, maintaining, and advancing the global nuclear fleet.

We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic Office Manager to support our business through ensuring our office processes and systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and organiser, with a flexible approach that allows them to handle anything that might come their way.

You’ll be a strong and reliable support to company operations, taking ownership for the successful operation of the office, maintaining procedures and playing a key role in our internal communications.

Responsibilities

All aspects of office management including:

  • Reception duties, including meeting and greeting visitors, weekly whereabouts updates, meeting room bookings and refreshments
  • HR administration and support
  • Meetings management, including set-up, minute taking and co-ordinating actions/follow-ups
  • Marketing activities, including campaign and event support
  • Liaising with suppliers, ordering stationery and general office supplies
  • Organising Company hospitality and internal events.
  • Assisting the CEO and the Management team as required
  • Supporting health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office

Experience and Skills Required

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager/PA/Administrator.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Suite an advantage.

This role is office based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire.
