Job Title: Office Admin / Social Media Assistant

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Based in Verwood we are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Administrator to join the general admin & sales teams to help achieve our goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of customer best practices and is a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Check data accuracy for orders.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Provide administrative support to sales team to produce quotes.
- Provide administrative support to compile targeted email shots to clients and prospective clients.
- Provide administrative support for the main office.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an Admin/social media assistant
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) preferable.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- A willingness to learn, train and develop technical skills.
