The company is a successful privately owned independent lift company providing maintenance and modernisation solutions to a variety of customers. They are currently looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join their Service Department in order to ensure effective customer service delivery across their national contracts and maintain their good reputation as a leading independent lift service and maintenance provider
The Role:
Your main objective is to provide a focused Customer Support Service, working with the Service / Repairs Supervisors responsible for the Branch’s dedicated customer base, Portfolio of units and field engineers. You will provide administration support and functions to the branch and Service Supervisors for the successful operation of the company’s Southern branch.
You will take full ownership of all incoming calls and dealing with them as a first priority whilst providing efficient and accurate administrative support for the business. You will monitor the CRM system ensuring that all breakdown events logged on the system, are allocated to the appropriate field operatives.
You will monitor service sheets for recommendations on work to be carried or quotes to be raised. As well as parts ordering for repairs and service engineers you will take responsibility of receiving deliveries and become a key user for the CRM system.
You will complete all general administration tasks required such as filing and assisting with completion of tender submissions. The office administrator will be a self-starter and be confident to work with minimum supervision as well as being a main key holder for the business.
Essential requirements:
- A-C grade GCSE’s (or equivalent) in core subjects with a high standard of Literacy and numeric skills
- A good standard of providing administration support
- Experience / knowledge of using a database.
- A dependable individual who is flexible and has an adaptable approach towards work to meet deadlines.
