Lupa Foods are a full-service B2B importer and distributor in the food industry. We provide comprehensive services encompassing new product development, technical support, procurement, and logistics. We are trusted by some of the largest food manufacturers, recipe box companies and retailers to assist them not only with great quality products, but service, support and value too.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the office, organising office meetings, overseeing daily administrative functions, managing the CEO’s diary, and providing support to various departments.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
Please note that this is a full-time role, and it will be office based for three days a week: on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
