Job Title: Administrator

Location: Andover

Salary: £21,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full time (Monday to Friday / 8am-5pm)

Liftec is a successful privately owned independent lift company providing maintenance and modernisation solutions to a variety of customers nation-wide and require additional administrative support for the Service Operations Department.

About the role:

Liftec Southern Branch Office is currently looking for an Office Administrator to provide administration support and functions to the Liftec Southern Branch operations. You will take full ownership of all incoming calls and dealing with them as first priority whilst providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the business.

You will reactively complete and plan work as triggered by the Company’s Service Portfolio insurance reporting process needed within the Branch along with administration related tasks and tracking processes, ensuring well maintained record keeping and customer service delivery. In addition, you will be required to enter timesheets onto the Company database and filing of documents.

About you:

  • You will have good typing and accurate data-entry skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and possess an adaptable approach towards work
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of people and use own initiative

Essential requirements:

  • You will have A-C grade GCSE’s and high standard of literacy and numeric skills. Any qualifications relating to IT and Admins skills will be a benefit.
  • Meet the Right to work in the UK requirements
