Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: £19,000 – £22,000 per year.

Job type: Full Time – Permanent.

Chenai Holistic Home Care, a provider of quality domiciliary care services, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to work in our office in South Woodham Ferrers.

The Role:

  • Dealing with enquiries and providing responsive service to clients
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing compliance and monitoring daily visits
  • Administrating email and recruitment
  • Doing Filing
  • Writing care plan
  • Keep Spread Sheets up to date
  • Maintaining effective correspondence with suppliers and contractors

Key Requirements:

We are looking for a reliable and empathetic individual with experience of working in a customer focused environment, with the following key skills:

  • Must have experience working in the health care sector
  • Commitment to customer service, ability to deliver a high standard of service
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including managing records and data input systems
  • Ability to organise tasks, prioritise caseloads and work flexibly
  • Ability to work independently to devise solutions to challenges
  • Understanding and experience of budgeting/expenses, HR, and compliance
