Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Didcot Quarter (near Milton Park), Abingdon

Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 plus bonus

Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week) or Part Time (minimum 25hrs per week +), Permanent

About the role:

We are looking for proactive individuals with administration, IT support or project coordination experience to join our successful Company to provide assistance to our management team. This is a varied role and an exciting opportunity to apply and develop your skills across a range of key business functions. The role involves providing administrative and practical support, information gathering and accurate data management, and document preparation. An eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks while working with confidentiality and discretion are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and practical support to the management team and key business functions
  • Accurate processing and maintenance of company and employee documents and records
  • Ordering IT services and managing IT inventory and charges via IT management software and assisting with the setup of mobile phones, laptops and other IT services
  • Liaising with IT helpdesk in Germany to raise tickets, progress and resolve issues, working as an onsite representative and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Planning and organising meetings including setting up IT, arranging hospitality and greeting visitors
  • Recruitment support and administration including posting adverts and arranging interviews
  • Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues in all areas of our business

Key Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will enjoy a combination of administrative and practical tasks, show willingness to learn new processes, apply a positive attitude to your work and a have a keen eye for detail
  • To be successful in this role you will have administrative experience and be competent using MS Office
  • Confidentiality is vital as you will be processing sensitive and personal information
  • Experience of compliance or document control would be beneficial
