Job Title: Office Administration Assistant

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, 12 Months Contract (Maternity Cover) (37.5 hours a week)

The Company:

The Company teaches business leaders how to make the most of TV, radio and print interviews with journalists.

Based in Reading, Berkshire, they have been designing and delivering media, communications and leadership training for over 30 years.

The Role:

They are currently looking for maternity cover for an administrative position that works across their communications training company.

You will be part of the small operations team but could be providing support to both their operations and sales teams.

For example, you might be sending contracts to their clients or working on compiling and proofreading the written feedback from their bespoke training courses.

The right candidate could also be involved in their marketing and social media.

They are looking for someone self-motivated, with exceptional communication skills and previous experience working as part of an office-based team to fill this integral role on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

There is also the possibility of the position being extended to a full-time role for the right person.

You will be managing your own time and will be relied upon to meet deadlines.
