Job Title: Nursery Practitioner – (Qualified Level 2 – Level 6)

If you are a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 – 6) we’re looking for you to join our team working with our under 3’s at our Fulham based setting. Up for a new challenge amongst our family feel nursery with some excellent long-term growth… we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
You should be able to demonstrate key skills in LOVE AND CARE, as well as observation and assessing child development of the child in your care, as part of your nursery day. Other duties include:
- Working as a team with other staff members.
- Collaborate in partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Provide high standards of quality within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Ensure that children are kept safe and that staff understand, and when necessary follow, Safeguarding Procedures.
- Observe, support and extend children’s learning.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 2 years of Nursery based experience.
- Hold relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2 – 6).
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
