Job Title: New Business Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 + uncapped bonus, car allowance and pension.

Job Role:
This company has an exciting opportunity for a New Business Manager to join their growing team within the fascinating landscape of graphic design and marketing.
A key role within the business is to focus on winning new clients through networking, cold calling and other media channels to help grow their client portfolio in a range of sectors including Automotive, Healthcare and Leisure. This will require a strong understanding of their services, a proactive ‘hunter’ mentality and experience in selling business solutions, ideally in graphic design, communications or digital.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing a new business plan, focusing on identifying prospective clients and sectors
- Identifying key prospects and understanding their current business communications process
- Providing a solution to secure long-term contracts with high order value
- Working collaboratively with the Marketing and Account Management teams to develop customer proposition
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Significant sales management experience, ideally from a graphic design, communications, print or digital solutions background
- A natural influencer with a track record against sales objectives
- Experience of developing a new business plan
- Comfortable in pitching for significant contracts
- Business development background, winning new clients
- Educated to degree level: marketing or project management related qualifications
