We are proud to have worked with some of our key clients on both BREEAM excellence projects and zero waste to landfill projects over the last 5 years. Recycling dashboard reports are produced in line with WRAP Assessment Guidelines and are available on our online portal, Vision, on a monthly basis, however, if required we can coordinate and present this information to you in line with any reporting time scales you have.
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven New Business Executive to join our Sales team, contributing to our company by generating qualified sales leads.
As a New Business Executive, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, utilising not only our company CRM but also having the ability to generate your own leads in order to attain sales leads / quotes, and to achieve your overall sales quota.
We are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- High efficiency with cold calls and account management.
- Communicate effectively with prospects, making sure to understand their individual and unique needs.
- Developing relationships with potential clients.
- Selling the benefits of the ‘One Stop Shop’ i.e., placing work through one company against multiple.
- Directly qualified prospects and leads to the sales team.
- Ensuring that sufficient/detailed information is obtained and conveyed to the rest of the sales team.
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs.
- Directly qualified prospects and leads to the sales team.
- Keep an updated CRM database.
- Measure identified KPI’s.
- Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.
- Track and document calls.
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to make a high volume of external calls to generate new clients.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Ability to learn about our services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals/targets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- Good Time Management and Organisational skills.
- Basic level of computer literacy.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge of the waste industry would be desirable but not essential.
- Attention to detail so as to ensure that data is conveyed concisely and correctly.
Essential
- You will need to be able to drive as we are in a rural area and public transport is limited.
