Job Title: Sales Manager RFID Industrial Solutions
Location: Field based, reporting to an office in Milton Keynes
Salary: £35,000 to £48,000 (Negotiable)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 5 days, full travel, flexible, car allowance
This company is a leader in identification solutions, in the e-ID, transport, smart cities, traceability & brand protection and payment sectors.
Using the latest technologies such as RFID and NFC, they provide smart cards, tickets, labels and tags to worldwide clients in diverse markets including public transport, aviation, automotive, manufacturing, logistics, gaming and retail.
With a €111m turnover, 600 employees and 7 manufacturing sites, their continuing growth means they require an RFID Sales Manager (Industrial Solutions).
The Sales Manager will be expected to work with production, technical and marketing teams to manage delivery and ongoing customer account management, and be expected to develop sales leads and targeted strategies for the RFID industrial markets and work with the technical and operations team to produce defined specifications for RFID Solutions and the delivery of them to customers. This role will be accountable for increasing solution sales in the industrial market.
To be successful in this role you will need to be passionate about promoting the products and ensuring customers’ requirements are fulfilled. Be a natural intuitive individual that understands the features of RFID and the advancements and benefits our products bring our customers. Having a proven track record in sales, you would be expected to hit the ground running in building relationships within the industry sector and building on the trust of the company brand.
Essential:
- Degree level or QBE.
- Demonstratable success as an experienced sales person within the industrial market or RFID tag and equipment markets
- Previous RFID Experience and knowledge preferable
- Good technical knowledge of RFID and understanding of the RFID market
- Good knowledge of the UK industrial market and its complexities
