We are the leading supplier of garden products to the trade in the UK. We have a diverse international customer base encompassing the UK and continental Europe. Our Head Office and showroom is in Abingdon, Oxfordshire with our warehouse hub in Peterborough.
Job Description:
To provide support to the National Accounts team and ensure all level of customer requirements are met on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Strong communicator, highly organised with key attention to detail; numerate; strong computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; self-starter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Key Customer administration files.
- Attend internal meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Carry out retail pricing market research.
- Help to prepare and create presentation documents – Excel and PowerPoint.
- Purchase and manage customer sample requirements, including receiving, reviewing, packing and despatching as required.
- Respond to and follow up any customer enquiries.
- Complete customer product information forms and any other information required.
- Manage artwork creation and liaise with graphic design agency and customers.
- Co-ordinate technical files and liaise with external testing houses.
- Provide general support to the National Accounts team.
