Based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, we operate within an approximate 50-mile radius, covering areas of the South East, Midlands, Anglia and London. We are focused on building long term relationships with our clients by adding real value to their own service offering and by providing excellent customer service.
The Role:
Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team. We are a long-established family run building company specialising in insured building repairs but increasingly involved within other building repair work streams. We are based in Stevenage, operating within an approximate 50-mile radius. With an expanding workload we are looking to recruit a Carpenter/Multi-Trader to join our dynamic team.
Ability to relocate to Stevenage SG1 4QX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work is required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- All aspects of carpentry/joinery associated with domestic properties
- General multi skilled trades including some aspects of snagging and repair work
- Carry out plaster repairs
- Carry out work to high standards
- Complete schedule of works issued in agreed time frame
Experience and skills:
Essential
- Hold a full UK drivers’ licence
- Have at least 3 years carpentry/Multi Trader experience
- Provide full references
- Complete a DBS check
- Driving Licence (required)
- Carpentry: 3 years (required)
- Multi-trade: 3 years (preferred)
