Job Title: Multi Trade Builder
Location: Romford
Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 plus van, bonus, death-in-service benefit etc.
Job type: Full time – Permanent
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm, and flexibility with working hours is essential as overtime will be required from time to time.

About the role:
We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Builder to join our busy team! This is a permanent contract, working from our Head Office in Romford and Walthamstow Office.
As our Multi Trade Builder, you will be responsible for property maintenance services by delivering a range of works to an agreed programme, budget and quality within the company’s operational targets.
Multi Trade Builder Duties:
- Painting new pipework
- Making good any holes or plaster work
- Small amounts of brick work
- Boxing of pipework below boilers (carpentry)
- Boxing of boiler flues (carpentry)
- Small amounts of tiling
For Osprey House:
- All of the above
- Assisting with engineers on hanging radiators
- Re-enforcing walls for radiators (Carpentry)
- Board and vent old fire places (old gas fires removed)
Multi Trade Builder Requirements:
Experience :
A minimum of 3 years Multi Trade Building experience is essential.
Qualifications:
- Construction related core skills / knowledge / or specific trade
- CSCS Card
Skills:
- The ability to establish and maintain effective, working relationships with colleagues and clients/residents.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at height.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- To be able to work as part of a team.
- It is a requirement that a valid full clean driving licence is maintained.
- Relevant industry experience.
- Full UK Driving License.
