Job Title: Multi Skilled Tradesman

Salary: Daily Rate £140 – £180 DOE
Job type: Full time – 08:00-17:00 – Monday – Friday with Saturdays available too
RAD PROPERTY SOLUTIONS is a well-established all-trades maintenance company working closely with estate agents, property managers and private landlords. We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Multi-Trade to join our team working on higher end residential properties in Central, West, South West and North West London.
The Role
The job includes carrying out reactive and planned general maintenance on residentials properties with all jobs arranged by the office. The candidate will need to send in reports and photos for each job.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience to complete tasks such as:
- Plumbing
- Small electrics
- Carpentry such as door and sash window repairs
- Small roofing and leak repair
- Painting/making good
- Lock replacement
The Candidate:
- Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
- Own vehicle(fuel covered by company)
- Provide own tools
The role is hourly paid starting on a UTR basis and we guarantee 40 hours a week 8:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday with Saturday’s available too.
