Job Title: Multi Skilled Trades Person / Handyman / Gas Engineer / Plumber
Location: Fulham
Salary: £190 per day + Van + Overtime Congestion charge/Parking paid + £100 fuel allowance, Option available for PAYE £40-£45K per annum.
Job Type: Full time/Permanent (Contract work also available)
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with overtime available

About the role:
The Better Home Company is looking for a Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join their dynamic property maintenance company based in Fulham.
They are a responsive up-market property maintenance company offering the highest levels of workmanship, coupled with the highest levels of customer service.
You will be working in properties in the Prime & Super Prime Sector in London (within the M25) but mostly South West London & Central.
You will have full support of the office staff including a dedicated booking coordinator who will book and organise all the jobs.
About you:
- Experienced Multi Skilled Trades Person required to carry out a variety of maintenance and repair works
- Experienced in decorating, basic plumbing, general carpentry, bathroom/kitchen repairs
- Skills includes: Carpentry, Painting, Tiling, Decorating, General handyman work, Leak investigations
- Great Customer Service
- Valid driving license
- Own tools
- CSCS preferred but not essential
