The Council’s property services team are looking for multi skilled operatives to work in their maintenance team providing reactive maintenance across the Council’s portfolio.
About you:
Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate that they can undertake a multi-trade role within a maintenance team to a high standard and should have a core skill in plumbing and a secondary skill in Joinery or general building skills.
Applicants will need to have the highest levels of customer care and have a cheerful and positive disposition.
A full driving licence is required and the successful applicant will be required to provide an emergency repair service outside of office hours on a rota with other operatives.
