Job Title: MSVC Quality Administrator

Location: Home based

Salary: £24,603 Per annum Increasing to £27,700 per annum following successful completion of a 6 months’ probation period

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

We are currently looking for a MSVC Quality Administrator to join our committed and compassionate Quality team, on a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail with the ability to proactively ensure that business needs are met. They will have a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.

This role sits within the Quality Team, but will work closely together with our Modern Slavery Victim Care (MSVC) Teams. The postholder will provide support to the MSVC Quality Officer in gathering data, creating reports and following up on actions. The purpose of this role will be to ensure reports, forms, complaints and process documents are correctly completed by the MSVC Teams, this will be done by reviewing these reports and forms, completing trend analysis and providing feedback and support where needed.

As the MSVC Quality Administrator your duties would include:

  • Gathering and analysing client feedback
  • Compiling the data from the various forms into one database to allow easy reporting and trend analysis
  • Following up on corrective actions with the relevant team
  • Completing checks on KPI data, reviewing the KPI reports that come through, monitoring KPI compliance and putting in place actions with the teams where failures or issues have been identified in relation to the KPIs
  • Supporting the relevant teams with responding to complaints, coordinating response times and responsibilities, checking the complaint response before it is sent, following up on actions after the complaint
  • Supporting the teams with writing process documents
  • Completing checks on any incidents logged to ensure they are correctly logged in the CRM system, as per contract requirements
  • Conduct quality checks on various forms, to ensure they are completed correctly
  • Feedback any issues identified to the relevant party and provide support to ensure issues do not reoccur

The experience and skills you need:

  • Experience of creating reports, including gathering data, analysing trends and presenting this in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience of providing constructive feedback
  • Excellent IT skills in word processing, spreadsheets and email
  • Good communication skills, including verbal, written and listening
  • Ability to work to deadlines, time management skills

What else to expect:

  • ​The Quality team operates Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. There may be occasions where flexibility to work outside of the hours is necessary
  • The role is homebased; however, they may be occasions where you will be required to travel depending on business needs
