Radiant Financial Group is a new and fresh consolidator of financial services businesses, bringing together like-minded companies to provide the optimum range of advice and products for our clients. This includes financial advice and tax planning for individuals, as well as the employee benefits, corporate structure and tax arrangements for UK businesses.
We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join the team at Radiant Financial. This individual will provide mortgage advice to clients who meet the Company’s client proposition and maintain relationships with those clients to achieve their goals and aspirations for their mortgage needs.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Responsible for identifying and engaging suitable clients through developing a network of connections leading to client recruitment, setting client expectations in line with Radiant Financial fact find.
- Proactively provide on-going advice to clients (both self-sourced and those provided by internal and external Business Partnering), taking account of the regulatory and legislative environment
- Working in a team with the Administrators and professional support staff, ensure client needs and circumstances are executed in a timely manner and follow Radiant financial Group process standards
- On an on-going basis identify and develop new opportunities with existing clients to ensure that all their needs are met, along with spotting opportunities for any client referrals to other areas of the business
- Responsible for remaining competent and up to-date on legislation as an adviser through qualifications, attendance at conferences and training
Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience:
- Sound technical advising knowledge to current legislative, industry, products and corporate standards
- Demonstrable success in delivering quality client service
- Experience in working within a mortgage advice environment, preferably whole of market/over the phone
- 3+ years experience as an adviser
- Experience using mortgage, protection and GI research and sourcing software
- Qualified to provide advice on equity release mortgages
Qualifications:
- CeMap
- Preferably working towards Advanced CeMap and Lifetime mortgage qualification CII CF7 or equivalent.

Salary of £25,000 – £30,000 plus competitive commission structure and benefits.
