The Role:
We are currently looking for a Modern Slavery Victim Care Accommodation Support Administrator to join our dedicated and compassionate Modern Slavery Victim Care (MSVC) team, on a Fixed Term Contract. There will be a potential for the role to be made permanent or be extended.
The purpose of the role is to provide high quality, professional administration and accommodation support to victims of trafficking/modern day slavery as part of the Modern Day Slavery Victim Care Service (MSVC). The post holder will report directly to the MSVC Accommodation Manager but will also be an integral part of the MSVC Admin Team; they will provide support to the Facilities Team to assist in ensuring the Accommodation Service meets the Accommodation Standards in line with contractual requirements and fulfil the administrative contractual requirements as directed by the MSVC Administration Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilities Support:
- Assist with new Service User (SU) inductions, including but not limited to; property and area orientation, health and safety and provision of welcome pack/essential items
- Assist with SU exits from the accommodation and preparation of units for new arrivals; including, arranging cleaning, laundry, updating fire evacuation information, assisting with procurement of new furniture etc.
- Responsible for completing and maintaining inventory of goods for accommodation units and communal/storage areas
- Support with arranging statutory compliance checks, including Health and Safety, Legionella and assisting with risk assessments
- Assist with maintenance and repair issues and monitoring of TV licenses
- Assist with PAT testing, quality and compliance checks and audits as required
- Updating the Fire Box with the Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan
- Maintain internal records and logs for accommodation site e.g. key log, cleaning schedule, mandatory testing, others as required
- Completing inventories on stock for the accommodation and reordering when required
- Assist MSVC Accommodation Team and Facilities with any additional support requirements in the delivery of the accommodation service
Administrative Support for MSVC Service:
- First line of support for MSVC Advisers with regards to all administrative processes and procedures required under the MSVC Contract
- Ensure that all contractual finance data and invoice recording systems are kept up to-date, accurate and consistent with the Quality Management Framework
- Responsible for making payments to Service Users and updating individual records
- Create reports, process guidance, presentations, data recording and reporting templates, collate data sets and statistical information, and any other service data as required
- Arrange meetings and ensure accurate minutes are taken and distributed in a timely fashion
- Assist with the running of monthly Administrative Workshops for MSVC Advisers to maintain consistent, quality standards of work under the Contract

- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and databases; particularly in making and keeping accurate and timely records
- Clear and precise written and oral communication skills, including well developed letter writing, minute-taking and form completion
- Have high attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, both individually and in a team
