The Position:
Fabric Maintenance company covering London and the M25 looking for an experienced fabric maintenance engineer / Multi-Trade Operative with skills in trades such as plumbing, carpentry, grounds work etc, within the commercial industry. In the role you will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across various commercial sites in London and the M25. The successful candidates will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be given a number of jobs to do during the day, normal working hours are 0800-1700 but some days you will be required to start earlier/finish later, must be prepared to work some weekends and evening, overtime available. All tools will be supplied by Foxleys.
The Candidate:
- 5 years of experience in the industry
- Quality of work must be to an extremely high standard
- Good knowledge of H&S
- Very good level of English
- Full UK driving licence for at least 5 years.
