Job Title: Mobile Crane Operator / Driver

Emsley Crane Hire, adynamic and growing family run business that has been operating for over 65 years, are currently looking to to recruit a number of Mobile Crane Operators / Drivers based in Harrogate.
About the role:
The business has over 65 telescopic cranes which range in sizes from 10 ton city cranes to 250 ton all terrain crane.
The fleet comprises of all terrain cranes and truck mounted cranes. The business operates across the UK but the main depot and Head Office is located in Harrogate where these roles will also be based.
The hourly rate is dependent on the size of crane being operated. The smallest crane starts at £14.50ph, with an enhanced overtime rate of £21.75ph and a further enhancement to £29.00ph in the event the job exceeds 12 hours.
About you:
The successful candidates will need to be flexible, have a positive customer focused attitude, 1 years’ experience and hold a valid CPCS card and HGV Class 2 licence. Key requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience operating mobile cranes
- The right to live and work in the UK on a continuous basis
- A valid CPCS card with A60 Mobile Crane Operator authorisation
- A valid HGV Class 2/Class C Licence
- The ability to travel throughout the UK and stay away from home from time to time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- It is desirable but not essential for candidates to speak Romanian
