Job Title: Miller
Location: Fulbourn, Cambridge, CB21 5ET
Salary: £42,000 per annum + (inclusive of shifts and milling bonuses)
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours of Work: Rotating 12 Hours shift pattern to cover 24/7 production (averaging 41.5 hours per week) Flexibility to work additional shifts and cover holidays is expected.

S&B Herba Foods Ltd is a leading Rice and Pasta business in the UK (part of the Ebro Foods Group) serving the wholesale, retail and food manufacturing industries.
About the Role:
As part of the Milling team, you will be operating the rice milling machinery to achieve production targets and finished product in line with quality specifications. You will need to complete production records, carry out Milling checks, in-process quality control inspections and some maintenance tasks.
Reporting to the Mill Manager, the candidate will ideally have experience in milling / food processing or grain handling (although applications from candidates with experience in other relevant industries are welcomed).

The successful candidate will need to:
- Work as part of a team
- Have a practical attitude towards problem solving
- Be quick to pick up the mechanics and workings of the production plant relevant to the Milling process.
