Job Title: Membership Sales Executive

Location: London / Hybrid Working

Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata for part time role) + uncapped commission

Job Type: Full time/Part Time Permanent

Working Hours: 35 Hours per week, Over 5 Days

About the role:

As a Membership Sales Executive, you will:

  • Drive Growth and Support. You’ll take the lead in targeted membership acquisition. This involves recruiting new members and upgrading existing ones through outbound tele-sales calls.
  • Advocate Indemnity. You’ll play a key role in encouraging both new and existing members to embrace our BDA Indemnity Scheme, showcasing its value proposition.
  • Revenue Maximisation. You’ll work to optimise membership and indemnity revenue. Exceeding sales and upgrade targets will be second nature.

About you:

  • Strong team player with exceptional flexibility and adaptability.
  • Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude with a history of successful sales and customer service experience.
  • Proven track record in business acquisition and achieving sales targets.
  • Confident telephone manner with outstanding persuasion skills.
  • Skilled in working under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to actively contribute and engage in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent IT skills and hands-on experience with contact/CRM databases.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
