The British Dental Association (BDA) is the voice of dentists and dental students in the UK. We bring dentists together, support our members through advice and education, and represent their interests. We are looking for a Membership Officer to join our Membership team. Initially home-based during lockdown restrictions but will eventually be based in central London.
Role Overview:
The Membership Officer will be responsible for maintaining and improving the BDA’s Membership and Indemnity joining, upgrade and retention figures.
About you:
You will be self-motivated and experienced negotiator responsible for devising and delivering work streams to secure new joiners, retain existing members and upgrade memberships together with securing Indemnity policies.
A strong team player, the potholder will be responsible for providing a high quality, responsive service in relation to the breadth of the department’s work (with some duties rotated) and will support and contribute to all facets of Membership and Indemnity business.
