We are looking to recruit ambitious Mechanical Engineers to join our growing design team based at our Sheffield site.
The Role:
The roles will involve working as part of a highly skilled design team, providing design services on bespoke/turnkey engineering projects for some of the UK’s most highly regarded and prestigious industries.

Responsibilities:
Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Developing engineered solutions in 3D CAD software
- Creating 2D drawings from CAD models
- Underpinning designs using a mixture of numerical and computer assisted assessment techniques. Experience beyond study in this area is not essential as candidates will have the opportunity to develop these skills whilst working alongside the existing design team members
- Engaging with suppliers and customers on technical and project related matters
- Generating various other design-based deliverables such as parts lists, risk assessments, O&M manuals etc
About You:
- Mechanical Engineering degree, ideally with a 1st class award
- For Mechanical Engineer position, at least 3 years industry experience post-graduation, or have attained their degree post apprenticeship
