What is a Masonry Repair Specialist Management Trainee.
The Target masonry repair system is a well-established and widely-accepted method of stabilising buildings and structures using proven techniques and materials. As a Masonry Repair Specialist, you will undergo extensive professional training to learn the whole system, so that you can be responsible for repairing and maintaining the nation’s homes and heritage structures.
You will be interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis and installing Target’s unique and specialist masonry repair solutions.
What do I need?
Ideally you will already have:
- A high level knowledge of construction, building techniques and structures, ideally to
- A degree or NVQ 7 level;
- Good customer service skills;
- Good problem solving skills;
- Practical ability;
- Organisational skills;
- Leadership ability;
- Full, clean driving licence;
- A high level of physical fitness; and
- The desire and drive to run your own team or business.
