The Role:
They are looking for an experienced, dynamic, Marketing Manager capable of leading a small team, to join their well-established client in an exciting and growing business. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating all company associated marketing, working with specialist, external marketing support and internal commercial sales staff, to drive the business forward by producing marketing campaigns, encouraging brand and company recognition and generating sales leads.
As the Marketing Manager you will be well versed in all aspects of social media, digital marketing and SEO, with a passion for delivering great presentations. If you are a Marketing Executive, ambitious and hungry for recognition, the company offer genuine opportunity for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing team, external marketing specialist and internal sales team to develop and deliver detailed marketing plans for all media channels, including social media
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Oversee the company’s marketing budget
- Create and publicise marketing materials, in line with marketing plans and budgets
- Prepare and deliver online marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Organise and project manage company events and exhibitions
- Prepare materials for departments requiring marketing support, including (but not limited to) presentations, leaflets, specifications
- Responsible for all internal PR and communications, to ensure the whole Company is informed of business objectives and announcements
- Regularly update company website and social media pages with engaging, relevant content
- Compile and produce monthly company newsletter
- Write and proofread copy (social media, press releases magazines, brochures, leaflets), and liaise with designers and printers
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a busy sales and marketing team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level management skills
- Proven social media skills
- Degree level qualification in business, communications or marketing, or relevant experience
- Flexible and used to using own initiative
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a high level of numeracy and IT literacy
- A team-oriented approach and strong business awareness
- Member of CIM
- Motivated and ambitious
