Lextox is a member of the SYNLAB Group, the leading medical diagnostic services provider in Europe.
Lextox supports more than 14,000 solicitors and local authorities by providing drug, alcohol and DNA testing for family law and childcare proceedings. Their aim is to provide clients with the most responsive and reliable client orientated service.
About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager based at the Cardiff site. In this role, the successful candidate will orchestrate a fine-tuned mix of activity that includes PR, advertising, digital and social media, along with creating and executing marketing campaigns to retain and grow existing clients and generate new business leads.
You will have the passion for the world of marketing, and the drive to develop the marketing strategy for Lextox and 2 other SYNLAB businesses (SYNLAB Laboratory Services and the Veterinary Pathology Group). Experience of managing and leading a small marketing team is a must.
About you:
- You’ll have at least 5 years B2B marketing experience, which includes everything from campaign planning, PR, digital and social media.
- You’ll be full of ideas and fresh thinking, a creative thinker
- Be an excellent communicator and influencer.
- Are an experienced manager with the ability to lead a small marketing team
- Passionate and driven individual who is guest focussed.
- A degree in marketing, a professional qualification such as CIM, IDM or similar
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Monitor tender opportunities and manage the process and timeframes for tender responses, including content
