The Role:
We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our collaborative and welcoming Clear Voice team, on a Permanent Contract.
The Marketing Manager will organise create and execute engaging marketing campaigns and events, creating and coordinating marketing content and facilitating cross-functional team efforts. You will work as part of the Clear Voice Sales and Partnership team in delivering effective and engaging internal and external communications on behalf of Clear Voice through a variety of channels. The successful candidate will help us to continue building our online presence and brand awareness, developing and executing marketing strategies and seeking out new growth opportunities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a marketing department
- Develop and implement Marketing strategies that gain traffic & sales
- Deliver marketing outputs on time and on budget, reporting regular updates to Head of Sales and Partnerships
- Manage the development and execution of the company’s marketing and branding strategies
- Embody the brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
- Develop our online presence via our social media platforms
- Understand the audience and be aware of social topics and trends
- Create, curate and manage the content plans for social media, and email marketing
- Strategically plan and manager our social media campaigns across all channels – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn – driving continuous growth, reach and engagement
- Keep up to date on current trends and proactively producing content across all channels to engage and inspire our audience and grow new business
- Work with influencers and key journalists to develop brand awareness and curate content
- Plan and deliver PR strategy to raise the profile of our businesses with relevant media
- Data analytics to maximise sales for our current product range and future products
- SEO research and implementation
- Manage CRM and run relevant reports. Analyse data and use to inform future decisions.
- Develop sound working relationship with stakeholders, trustees, staff and media
- Keep Clear Voice staff and trustees informed of relevant activities through newsletters, intranet and other outlets including social media
- Provide support in other areas of communications and with events as required
Experience and Skills:
- Experience of successfully supporting Marketing teams on a wide range of communications matters
- Experience of implementing and seeing through a marketing strategy
- Technically strong, understanding of social networks right the way through to leveraging data in marketing, Campaign development, rollout and reporting
- Ability to summarise complex information in lively and compelling ways for different channels and audiences
- High level of communication skills with clear written English
